The air conditioning was flawless, and the Wi-Fi was also very fast and robust which was significant to my job. The customer service was the thing which impressed me the most. The people that I communicated with were all polite, professional, and really helpful. They helped me out when my TV remote had a minor problem within a minute or so without any trouble. The place is also highly convenient. It is near highways, shops and food venues and therefore easy to move around. It is a good option of a reliable and affordable place in Hayward.

This was really a recent blind-find and I must say the comfort was real. The location was so convenient at the time with the many errands I had to run in the vicinity for a week. Our check-in and check-out was swift with help from the staff especially Cate, and also available to help easily during my stay there. The rooms were spacious with great lighting, big-cozy beds to compliment and always cleaned-after regularly considering I had a long stay. They also provided amenities that made life easier for me like stable wi-fi, functional refrigerator and microwave. Not to forget the breakfast was always fresh and sweet. This was a great deal at an affordable price, will do this again with my friends.
